Lifting
FAQDoes combining several lifting devices work better?
Each device delivers energy to a different depth in a different way, so devices are sometimes combined for specific goals. For example, Ultherapy Prime is known to target the deep fascia layer (SMAS), while Thermage FLX targets the dermis. Not everyone needs a combined treatment; depending on skin thickness, degree of sagging and treatment history, a single device may be more suitable. This is decided after consultation.
Which lifting treatments involve less pain and downtime?
ONDA lifting and DENSITY Alpha are devices with cooling functions, designed to reduce discomfort during treatment. Pain, swelling and redness vary by individual, so the time to return to daily life can differ. If you are sensitive to pain, tell us at your consultation and we will discuss anesthesia and energy settings together.
Do lifting results appear right after treatment?
It depends on how the device works. Some, such as ONDA, aim for an immediate tissue-tightening response, while Ultherapy, Thermage and DENSITY involve a collagen-remodeling process over several weeks. Changes are commonly said to begin after about 2–4 weeks and settle around 2–3 months, but this varies by individual. We review your progress at follow-up visits.
Which lifting suits people in their 30s?
It is better decided by skin thickness, loss of firmness and fat distribution than by age alone. For early loss of firmness, radiofrequency devices that target the dermis (such as Thermage FLX or DENSITY Alpha) or the lower-discomfort ONDA lifting may be considered, sometimes together with a skin booster. The right approach is confirmed at your consultation.
How can I lift naturally without looking hollow?
If you have less facial fat, radiofrequency options that do not burden the fat layer, such as Thermage FLX or DENSITY Alpha, are often considered first. With Ultherapy Prime, areas where hollowing is a concern can be treated at an adjusted energy depth or left out of the plan. The treatment area is set after assessment, and results vary by individual.
What lifting helps with a double chin and a sagging jawline?
A double chin can come from fat, skin laxity or muscle development, so no single treatment fits everyone. ONDA or INMODE may be used to reduce the fat layer and Ultherapy Prime to address sagging; contour injections or Botox may also be discussed when needed. On the day of treatment, avoid rubbing or irritating the treated area.
How long do lifting results last and how often should I repeat?
How long results last and the right interval depend on the device principle and skin condition, so we cannot give one answer for everyone. For Ultherapy, Thermage and DENSITY, many people review progress after one session and come back for a consultation every 6 months to 1 year; for ONDA, INMODE and Shurink, the usual guidance is 3 sessions at 3-4 week intervals at the start, then setting a maintenance interval. Your personal plan is decided at the consultation.
ONDA or INMODE: which suits contour refinement?
Both aim at contour refinement but work differently. ONDA uses microwave energy with contact cooling, while INMODE uses radiofrequency and electrical stimulation that act on the fat layer. Discomfort during treatment and bruising or swelling afterward vary by individual; we help you choose based on your schedule and goals.
What is the difference between Ultherapy Prime, Thermage FLX and DENSITY Alpha?
They differ in how energy is delivered and how deep it reaches. Ultherapy Prime uses ultrasound to reach the deep fascia layer (SMAS), Thermage FLX delivers radiofrequency heat across the dermis, and DENSITY Alpha uses dual mono- and bipolar radiofrequency on the dermis. Single or combined use is decided by your goals and degree of sagging.
Which lifting suits a fuller face versus thin, sagging skin?
Different causes call for different approaches. For a fuller face, devices aimed at the fat layer may be considered; for thin skin, radiofrequency devices that target the dermis may be preferred to reduce the risk of hollowing. Ultrasound and radiofrequency can also be planned together when needed. The final choice is made after examination.

FAQHow much is anesthesia?
Numbing cream is KRW 50,000, numbing spray KRW 100,000, local injection anesthesia KRW 100,000, nerve block KRW 100,000, non-sleep pain-relief injection KRW 200,000, short sleep anesthesia (within 20 minutes) KRW 300,000 and long sleep anesthesia (under 1 hour) KRW 400,000.
I am not sure which treatment suits me.
The right treatment depends on your skin condition and concerns, so we recommend deciding after a consultation. Please also tell us about any procedures you have had before.
Are results and recovery the same for everyone?
Results and recovery vary by individual. Please ask about the details at your consultation.
Treatment complication care
FAQWhat should I do if I have discomfort after a procedure?
We run complication care as a separate service. The direction of treatment is decided after your condition is examined.
Can I get a consultation for a procedure done at another clinic?
Consultations are available. Whether treatment is possible, and how, is explained after examination.
